The eleventh presidential election ended with Hasan Rouhani’s victory. The Interior Ministry in Iran stated that Rouhani has gained more than 50 percent of the votes and that the second round of the election is not necessary.

خیلی ازجامعه‌شناسان و فیلسوفان سیاسی از جان لاک تا روسو و مونتسکیو تا ماکس 
وبر، رالز و نوربرتو بابیو با راه و روش‌های علمی در جست و‌جوی ضمانت‌های قانونی‌ای بودند تا قدرت سیاسی ،منجر به سوءاستفاده و از بین بردن حقوق و آزادی‌ها نشوند. تمام بحث در این جاست که آن‌ها از حقوق و آزادی تلقی‌های متفاوتی داشتند. بنابراین به دستور‌العمل ثابتی نمی‌رسیدند_ و تا زمانی که تضاد و ستیز طبقاتی وجود دارد، نباید هم برسند. آخرین یافته‌های این گونه نظریه‌پردازان این است که نهادهایی لازم اند تا از حقوق و آزادی‌های بشری دفاع کنند. اما نشان دادن این که این نهادها در زمین شوره زار و شل نمی‌توانند پایه گذاری و مستحکم شوند دشوار نیست. نخست باید آن سوخت و سازی دگرگون شوند که به این نظام ِ همیشه حمله ور به حقوق و آزادی‌های واقعی نیروی لازم را برای بقا می‌رسانند. از این رو اما تضمین‌های تعیین شده از سوی نهادهای برگزیده و ساخته شده به وجود می‌آید.
